Refund policy

Returns

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and not damaged. Be careful when trying on garments of deodorant, makeup and other products that may stain. Stained or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

The following items are FINAL SALE

- Swimwear and cover-ups
- Intimate apparel i.e. bodysuits
- Accessories
- Gift cards
- Sale items (This includes any orders with discount or promotional codes)

To complete your return, include proof of your original purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, then your store credit will be processed.  Please note that the return process may take within 3 - 10 business days following the receipt of your return.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for store credit.

Exchanges 
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items and only offer a store credit for returns. If you would like an alternate product you will be required to make a new order.

Damaged Items
If an item is received in damaged condition, please contact customer service immediately at hello@myemode.com

Shipping
To return your item, you should mail your item to: Mye Mode, PO Box DV415, Devonshire DVBX, Bermuda

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

If your return is of significant value i.e. over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
